Holiday Inn Hilton Head Island is a casual and comfortable place to spend a weekend at the beach. I have been a frequent guest over the past couple of years and always have had a pleasant experience. Your rooms are only a short walk from the ocean and the staff is friendly and efficient like most Hilton Head Island hotels.

Some of the rooms at the Holiday Inn Hilton Head have ocean views, but you are so close to the beach that I never worry about the view from the window. One of my favorite indulgences while on vacation is to order some cool, refreshing ice cream, and lucky for me this dessert can be ordered from the poolside menu of Hilton Head Island hotels. If you prefer some frozen drinks like pina coladas these are available at the Tiki Hut.

Lots To Do Near This Hilton Head Island Resort

We usually rent bikes at the hotel and explore some of the island, but there are dozens of other fun activities. You can rent a jet ski and skim across the water or play miniature golf. There are regular golf courses and tennis courts nearby. Shopping, bowling and hiking are a few other options to consider.

If you enjoy fishing you can sign up at the Holiday Inn Hilton Head Island for a day trip that will give you the chance to catch a variety of fish. Parasailing and kayaking are two of the more adventurous sports that are offered. If your children are younger there is a play area made just for them. The Holiday Inn Hilton Head Island hotel also has a kids’ club with lots of fun games and activities.
